数日前、禅に縁のある外国人のお客様がこちら正阿弥で食事をされました。
その料理が皆様にとって思い出深いものとなったようでありがたいことに再度、ご予約をいただきました。
禅に縁のある外国人のお客様ということで、主に野菜を使用した精進料理のテイストを加えた会席をご提案致しました。
口取りの九種の品目が楽しめる九升盛りに始まり、野菜をふんだんに使った胡麻豆乳のお鍋、煮物椀、につづき箸休め、季節野菜である筍と木乃芽揚げを含んだ油物…強肴、香物飯物と続きデザートの水物にまでたどり着く頃には
お客様から「Amazing!!」と絶賛のお言葉と拍手をいただきました。

Few days ago, we had a group of customers who had great interest in Zen.
So they asked if they can modify the menu to the theme of Zen.
The group were greatly satisfied with the menu and had rebooked at our restaurant.
Our head chef related the theme to monk foods.
Because the monks style is similar to vegetarians, the key ingredient of the them became vegetables.
We started with
Kyumasu: a 9 verity plate
Sesame tofu with veggies
Nabe: Japanese style soup with vegetable
Takiawase: deep-fried tofu, carrot , burdock, shitaki mushrooms and taro separately favored and steamed, then put back together in one plate to harmonize with one another
Hashiyasume: noodles made from tea & buckwheat ropes with wasabi and sesame sauce
Aburamono: deep fried seasonally fresh bamboo shoots & Japanese peppers.
Shizakana: cooked fish made to go good with your alcohol beverage
Irogohan: rice cooked with the soup base of , kelp, shiitake mushroom, shimeji, soy, adzuki bean and dried opo squash instead of water.
Before we could get to the desert (green tea ice cream with brow sugar syrup and kinako(soy bean powder), every one was amazed and stunned with joy
We can modify the menus and we trie our best to satisfy our costumers needs . We thrive to see our guests leave with a smile.
